Massage, the earliest form of Physical Therapy, is used to nourish muscles and aid in the body’s healing process. It calms the nerves, aids digestion and elimination, and balances glandular activity. Massage has been found to improve circulation, joint range-of-motion, and flexibility. It can reduce many common ailments such as stress, muscle tightness, aches and pains, swelling and inflammation, and perhaps help anxiety and depression!
